Law firm sued by expert testimony provider

NEW ORLEANS – A company that specializes in providing expert testimony for plaintiffs attorneys has sued one of its customers for non-payment.

Diagnostic Management Affiliates, PPO, LLC filed suit against the Bickham Law Practice, LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on July 2. Diagnostic Management Affiliates claims the Bickham Law Practice owes $16,238.28 on a past due balance.

Damages are being sought in the amount of $16,238.28, plus 15 percent interest and 25 percents attorney’s fees.

Diagnostic Management Affiliates is represented New Orleans-based attorney Bradley J. Chauvin.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
