GRETNA – A subcontractor is suing the main contractor on a private school construction project for allegedly not paying for work completed. Mike Carson Construction Inc. filed suit against Ellis Construction Inc. and Fidelity Deposit Company of Maryland in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 13.Mike Carson Construction Inc. asserts it subcontracted with Ellis Construction Inc. to provide work
