GRETNA – A subcontractor working on apartment bungling issuing claiming they were not paid for work completed on the project.
Rucker Mechanical Contractors LLC filed suit against F.I.N.S. Construction LLC and J2R Holdings in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 21.
Rucker alleges it was subcontracted by the defendants to perform construction work on an apartment complex located at 620 Central Ave. in Harahan. The plaintiff contends it completed all services required under the subcontract and are owed $31,545.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking an arbitration hearing on the matter.
Rucker is represented by attorney Francis R. White III of Covington.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
