Wells Fargo pursues large judgment from past Idaho case

DONALDSONVILLE – A international bank is seeking to recover a large judgment from an Ascension Parish company.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA filed suit against BC Properties, LLC in the 23rd Judicial DIstrict Court on June 7. Wells Fargo claims it received a damage judgement in the amount of $930,103.16 against the defendant in an Idaho court, but has yet to receive any payment on those damages.

The plaintiff alleges it also has pursued the defendant in the 19th Judicial District Court before making the current filing in the 24th Judicial District Court.

The defendant is accused of not paying the aforementioned judgement and not responding to the filing in the 19th Judicial District Court.

Wells Fargo is represented by Mark L. Barbre of Baton Rouge-based Long Law Firm, LLP.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Ralph Tureau.
