NEW ORLEANS - A representative for the succession of a deceased New Orleans resident is suing a business alleging it illegally occupied the property of the deceased.

Susan Fleckinger Thomas, on behalf of the estate of Lee Ora Dillenkoffer, filed a lawsuit against Gadois International, LLC in the Orleans Parish Central District court on Aug. 2. An unspecified amount in damages is sought for issues that will be specified in the course of the court proceedings.

Thomas is represented by Joseph L. Montgomery of Leblanc Butler, L.L.C. in Metairie.
