Wendy's sued by man who allegedly slipped on soaked and muddy rug
GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish man is suing a local fast food restaurant for injuries he claims to have received on its premises.
Thomas Williams filed suit against Wendy's Restaurants, LLC and Lee White in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 13. Williams claims as he was entering the Wendy's located at 7009 Veteran's Memorial Blvd. in Metairie he stepped on a carpet that was soaked and muddy.
