NEW ORLEANS – An alleged slip and fall accident has led a Pepsi employee to sue a local Wal-Mart.

Chavannah McCan filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart Louisiana, LLC in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Aug 16. The plaintiff was stocking Pepsi products at Tchoupitoulas Street Wal-Mart warehouse when he allegedly slipped and fell on a liquid substance on the floor in the warehouse.

McCan is represented by Scott E. Silbert of New Orleans-based Silbert & Garon LLP.

This case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
