Harrah's New Orleans sued for alleged damages

NEW ORLEANS – A patron of Harrah's New Orleans is suing for damages after allegedly sustaining injuries on the premises of the casino.

Ingersoll Jordan filed a lawsuit against Jazz Casino Company LLC, JCC Holding Co., doing business as Harrah's Casino, and Harrah's New Orleans Management Co. in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Aug. 24.
