NEW ORLEANS – A Texas-based information technology security service company is being sued by a former employee who claims she did not receive incentive compensation for sales she made while employed by the company.

Stephanie Crabb filed a lawsuit against CynergisTek Inc. in the Orleans Parish Central District Court.

Crabb claims that she was not compensated for her 2011 and 2012 earned incentive compensation for sales she procured during her tenure. Crabb says she was discriminated against in comparison to male employees and thus was terminated after requesting her incentives for 2011 and 2012, reimbursement for her 2012 expenses incurred on behalf of the company and accrued paid time off.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking the full amount of damages and losses, attorney fees, expenses and penalties all in an aggregate sum not to exceed $75,000.00.

Crabb is represented by Timothy D. Scandurro of Scandurro & Layrisson LLC.

This case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.

Case no. 2012-11690.
