Shelia G. Westbrook filed suit against Rouse’s Enterprises LLC, Rouse’s Supermarkets and their insurer in the 24th Judicial District Court on Feb. 15. An unspecified amount in damages is sought for pain, suffering, mental anguish, loss of life’s enjoyment, medical expenses and loss of earning capacity.

Westbrook is represented by New Orleans-based attorney Lee. W. Rand.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robert A. Pitre Jr.
