GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish woman is suing a corporate pharmacy for injuries she claims to have received on their premises.

Misty Dickerson, and husband Lesley, filed suit against Walgreen Louisiana and Zurich American Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 12.

An unspecified amount in damages is sought for medical expenses, rehabilitative expenses, loss of income and employment opportunity, loss of earnings capacity, loss of insurability, physical pain and suffering, emotional anguish and distress, physical and psychological disability, loss of enjoyment of life, loss of consortium and expert fees.

Dickerson is represented by attorney Richard J. Fernandez of Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Ross P. LaDart.
