NEW ORLEANS – A local nonprofit is being sued by an IT service provider for failure to pay for services and hardware provided.

Bellwether Technology Corporation filed suit against Southeast Community Health Systems Inc. (SCHS) in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 15.
