Portable toilet company seeks $33K in relief

NEW ORLEANS – A portable toilet company is suing a construction company for alleged nonpayment of services rendered.

McDonald Sanitation Services LLC filed suit against Sun Coast Contracting Services LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Dec. 5, 2013.

Sun Coast is accused of maintaining an open account with McDonald for services rendered and charges incurred. McDonald claims it has repeatedly and amicably demanded payment, but Sun Coast has not paid the balance. McDonald alleges that more than 30 days have passed.

McDonald is requesting damages in the amount of $33,468.25

Plaintiff is represented by Houma-based attorney Joan M. Malbrough of Malbrough & Wright.

Case is assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
