Diane Bailey filed suit against Hasko Affordable Homes, a Louisiana partnership in commendam and Consolidated Drainage District A for the Parish of Jefferson, Consolidated Drainage District No. 1 for the Parish of Jefferson and Consolidated Sewer Districts of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court on April 1.

Bailey is represented by attorney Pierre F. Gaudin of Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Ross P. Ladart.
