An unspecified amount in damages is sought for pain and suffering, mental anguish, embarrassment, humiliation, medical expenses and loss of enjoyment of life.

Jones is represented by Mike Harris of Metairie-based Harris Law Firm PLC.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
