GRETNA – A man is requesting notice of a trial date citing the provisions of Articles 1571 and 1572 of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure.
Leroy-Joseph Smith filed a written request for notice against F&G Investments LLC and RSUI Indemnity Group in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 6.
According to the notice, plaintiff is seeking written notice by mail at least 10 days in advance of a trial or hearing of his case in which the defendants, F&G Investments LLC and RSUI Indemnity Group, are involved in an unspecified capacity.
