Capital One Bank alleges payments are owed on card

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages claiming that a customer failed to make credit card payments.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Tammy A. Triche in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 17.

According to the claim, the plaintiff possessed a credit card of Capital One and agreed to make payments on the card. The suit states that the plaintiff breached the agreement by failing to make payments to the card in a sum of $1,862.38.

The defendant is accused of breach of agreement and failure to pay.

The plaintiff is seeking the amount due in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
