GRETNA – A St. Tammany Parish couple is seeking damages, claiming that an individual planted plants and built a fence on their property.

According to the claim, the plaintiffs purchased a property from Hullen Townhomes LLC in January 2014. The suit states that following the purchase of the property, a survey showed that Berner planted some plants and erected a fence that infringed on the property of the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs are seeking an unspecified amount in damages. They are represented by Michael A. Thomas of Metairie. The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
