NEW ORLEANS — An Alabama creditor is suing a New Orleans man, alleging the plaintiff is owed $124,000. 

Neill S. Wright of Montgomery, Alabama, filed a lawsuit June 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Eric Blue, alleging breach of contract in failing to comply with his promissory notes.

According to the complaint, Wright has suffered monetary damages of $124,000 as of April 15 because Blue has failed and/or refused to pay any of the amounts owed.

Wright seeks a trial by jury, monetary damages of $124,000 plus interest, attorney fees, legal costs and such other relief the court deems just and proper. He is represented by attorneys Richard T. Sahuc and Gregory D. Latham of Intellectual Property Consulting LLC in New Orleans.
