Capital One Bank claims that a customer failed to pay off credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages after a customer allegedly failed to make payments on a credit card.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Gail G. Larocca in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 15.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement in which the defendant was allowed to use a credit card, issued by the plaintiff, with the understanding that payments would be made on it. The suit states, however, that the defendant failed to uphold the agreement through failure to pay an amount of more than $3,000.

The defendant is accused of failure to make payments on the card issued by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,514.71 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
