GRETNA – A St. Bernard Parish man is seeking damages, claiming that he was caused to fall due to a faulty deck at a Best Western.

Paul Murphy filed a suit against Sthanki Properties LLC, Westbank LLC and Manish Sthanki in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 14.
