GRETNA – A man claims that his former employer withheld information and his paycheck following his resignation.

Kyrell Theodore filed a suit against Integrated Electronic Technologies Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 20.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was an employee of the defendant beginning in September 2015, however, in February, the plaintiff and his supervisor allegedly had an argument, resulting in the plaintiff's resignation.
