GRETNA, LA — An LLC is seeking damages, claiming breach of promissory note.

120 West Partners LLC filed a suit against Ned A. Pitre in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 20.

According to the claim, the defendant entered into a shoring agreement with Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring LLC on June 23, 2011. The suit states that the defendant issued a promissory note for the work that the plaintiff later completed satisfactorily. The suit states, however, that despite the work being completed, the defendant has yet failed to deliver the payment, thus breaching the details of the promissory note.

The defendant is accused of breach of promissory note through failing to pay the plaintiff for the services rendered.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 762106.
