Bayou Medical Management claims it wasn't paid in full for work requested by law firm

NEW ORLEANS – A medical management company alleges that it was not paid in full for requested services.

Bayou Medical Management PPO LLC filed a suit against Chester J. Rothkamm Jr. and the Rothkamm Law Firm LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on June 17.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement in 2007 in which the plaintiff arranged for services to be completed as the defendant requested. The suit states that the defendants have paid the plaintiff partially, but not in full.

The defendants are accused of failure to pay in full for the services delivered.

The plaintiff is seeking $49,773 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lamber, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth. The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
