Capital One Bank alleges cardholder owes nearly $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages on an allegedly open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against He Sun Boudreaux in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 19.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant under the agreement that regular payments would be made on the balance of the credit card. The suit states that despite the agreement, the defendant has failed to pay the balance of more than $2,900.

The defendant is accused of open account through failing to pay off the balance.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,951.16 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville and Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
