GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking more than $11,000.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Company LLC filed a suit against Peggy Adams in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 1.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued services to the defendant which were valued at more than $11,000. The suit states that despite demands for payment, the plaintiff has not been paid yet.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Larry Bankston and Jenna H. Linn of Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
