GRETNA – A surgical company alleges a former patient has not paid for services provided.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit against Carly Ostarly in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 1.
According to the claim, the plaintiff performed services on the defendant for an amount of more than $57,000 in July 2015. The suit states that the plaintiff has not received payment yet, despite demands.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $57,296.58 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn and Larry S. Bankston of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
