Customer allegedly owes Bank of America more than $6,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages of more than $6,000.

Bank of America filed a suit against Mary L. Meinert in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a line of credit to the defendant, but the defendant allegedly has failed to make a payment on the balance of more than $6,600.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking the full sum owed plus all costs of the suit. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
