Bank of America seeks $11,000 in alleged outstanding debt from account holder

GRETNA – Bank of America has filed suit against an account holder, seeking more than $11,000 in outstanding debt.

Bank of America filed suit against Ernest Arnouville Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued credit to the defendant and has not yet received payment on the balance of more than $11,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
