A-MMED Ambulance Inc. alleges it is owed more than $65,000

NEW ORLEANS – An ambulance company alleges it is owed for services it provided.

A-MMED Ambulance Inc. filed a suit against Ezekial Tyson and Martha Tyson-Packnett in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on July 7.

According to the claim, the plaintiff provided transportation to a woman who was the predecessor of the defendants. The suit states that the defendants have yet failed to pay for the medical transportation of their predecessor.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $65,745 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Clarence F. Favret III and James Cronvich of Favret & Lea LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Regina Bartholomew Woods.
