Bank of America alleges customer has open account

GRETNA – Bank of America claims that a Jefferson Parish individual has failed to pay more than $5,000.

Bank of America filed a suit against Deborah M. Herrell in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 19.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant who proceeded to accumulate more than $5,000 in balances and has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $5,212.40 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
