Bank of America alleges that a customer failed to pay off credit account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $4,000 on an allegedly open account.

Bank of America filed a suit against Deborah M. Herrell in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 19.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has yet to pay off the balance of more than $4,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $4,952.91 in damages. It is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville and Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
