Capital One Bank alleges it is owed more than $10,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for more than $10,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Frederick L. Stubbs in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 26.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued an account to the defendant, which the defendant has failed to pay off.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $10,896.58 in damages. It is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nuslock, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
