NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages for an unspecified incident.
Daniella Powell filed a suit against Joshua Wilson, Magnolia Gulf 15, LLC, JW Property Services LLC and Nautilus Insurance Co. in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the defendants are the owners or managers of the property located at 2427 Kelerec St. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused an unspecified personal injury due to the fault of the defendant.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. She is represented by Darleen M. Jacobs, Al Sarrat, Rene Lovelace and Michael J. Laborde of New Orleans.
