GRETNA – An installation service provider is seeking damages for unpaid work.
Ace Glass Inc. filed suit against Favalora Constructors Inc. and Laurence Favalora in the 24th Judicial District Court March 29.
According to the claim, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant in which the plaintiff was to supply and install aluminum doors for the defendant's project. The suit states that the plaintiff completed the project, but that the defendant has failed to make payments to the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
