Acadian Windows and Siding alleges it was not paid for window work

NEW ORLEANS – A window and siding company alleges it was not paid for work performed on three windows on a New Orleans property.

Acadian Windows and Siding LLC filed a suit against 2604 Magazine Properties LLC, doing business as Tracey's, in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff supplied goods and services to the defendant with the agreement that it would pay for what it received. The suit states that the plaintiff has not been paid for the $1,950 owed to it.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $1,950 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Stephen C. Hanemann of Kean Miller LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
