NEW ORLEANS – A food company is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Performance Food Group Co. LLC filed a suit against Legends New Orleans LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 8.
According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement in which the defendant agreed to pay a certain percentage to the plaintiff every year to purchase restaurant food and supplies. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the amount agreed on.
The defendant is accused of open account for more than $2,400.
The plaintiff is seeking $2,469.72 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Karen Trevathan Hartwig of the Trevatan Law Firm in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
