Queens Construction LLC alleges Oak Tree Electric did not pay for supplies

GRETNA – A construction company alleges a Jefferson Parish business has not paid for goods delivered.

Queens Construction LLC filed a suit against Oak Tree Electric in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff supplied the defendant with goods from January to April 2012. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the outstanding fees that have been accumulated.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $23,370.14 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by James E. Shields Jr. of the Shields Law Firm in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
