GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking damages for an open account of more than $40,000.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit against Carla Butler in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 23.
According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered medical services to the defendant on Dec. 31, 2014. The suit states that the services delivered to the defendant were valued at more than $40,000. The suit further states that the plaintiff has not received payment for the work delivered.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $40,038.48 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
