NEW ORLEANS – A wholesale electrical company alleges two Louisiana companies have not paid for supplies.
Wholesale Electric Supply Co. of Houston Inc. filed a suit against Perle Construction Group LLC and Perle Construction Materials LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff provided numerous goods to the defendant from 2013 to 2014 and submitted the necessary invoices to receive payment. The suit states that defendant has maintained an open account of more than $117,000.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking $117,551.84 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Seth J. Smiley, Bradley Aldrich and Matt Thomas of Wolfe Law Group in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
