GRETNA – Discover Bank claims that a Metairie woman has failed to pay her credit card balance off.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Janet P. Gall in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant that she used to pay for a large amount of charges. The suit states that the plaintiff has not received payment, even after amicable demands.
The defendant is accused of failure to pay her outstanding balance.
The plaintiff is seeking $20,644.95 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter S. Thriffiley in Edmond, Oklahoma.
