NEW ORLEANS – A Jefferson Parish woman alleges she was injured in fall at a New Orleans establishment.
Cynthia Crawford filed a suit against 201 St. Charles Place LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was a guest of the defendant at its location on March 11, 2015. The suit states that she was caused to slip and fall on water that had collected on the floor and was injured.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. She is represented by D. Patrick Keating, Amanda B. Rizzo and Julie-Ann A. Duhe'Keating of the Keating Law Firm in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
