Man claims that he was forced to leave Bourbon Heat and was injured

NEW ORLEANS – A man claims that he was injured after being removed from a bar.

Cary Trent Donohue filed a suit against Bourbon Heat LLC, Jane Doe, John Doe, Jack Doe and ABC insurance company in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was assaulted and injured on Feb. 21, 2015, when he was allegedly forced to leave the Bourbon Heat and physically removed by two of the Doe defendants.

The defendants are accused of negligence as well as failure to train employees properly.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. He is represented by Wayne E. Garrett of New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
