New Orleans law firm alleges individuals owe more than $110,000

NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking more than $110,000 for an allegedly open account.

Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel LLC filed a suit against Barbara Samuel Bretz, individually and as co-trustee of the testamentary trust established by the last will and testament of Bernard F. Samuel Sr., and Michael Bretz as trustee of the Barbara G. Samuel Irrevocable Trust in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 27.

According to the claim, the defendants are indebted to the plaintiff for more than $110,000 for services provided by the plaintiff.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $110,650.19 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Jack M. Alltimont and April L. Watson of Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel of New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
