A-Cubed Corp. alleged to owe more than $75,000 for materials provided

NEW ORLEANS – A masonry company is seeking more than $75,000 from an Orleans Parish corporation and individual.

Masonry Products Sales Inc. filed a suit against A-Cubed Corp. and Freddie N. Baker Jr. in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued materials to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has yet to pay for more than $77,000 in charges for the materials that they were supplied with.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $77,595.94 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by James C. Rather Jr. of Sutton, Alker & Rather in Mandeville.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
