GRETNA – A Terrebonne Parish woman claims that she was injured in a slip and fall at a shopping center.
Earline W. Wallis filed a suit against Greater Lakeside Corp. and Causeway LLC of Delaware in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 7.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was caused to be injured in a slip and fall on Oct. 9, 2015, when she was at the defendants' Lakeside Shopping Center.
The defendants are accused of negligence through failing maintain a safe environment and failure to warn.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Brad Doyle of the Doyle Law Firm in Houma.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
