GRETNA – A student loan trust alleges a Harahan individual owes on a loan.
The National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2007-1 filed a suit against Danneka S. McDavis in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a loan to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has thus failed to make payment for more than $19,000 that is owed.
The defendant is accused of failure to pay.
The plaintiff is seeking $19,690.71 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by J. Marron Monsour, Gregory M. Eaton and Sean McAllister of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.
