GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish limited liability company alleges it is owed rental payments for a Gretna property.
Laurence J. Macaluso Family LLC filed a suit against Shaker Thabata, Aizzaldeen Abualia, Shadi Abualia and Mohammed Abualia in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff leased the property located at 73A West Bank Expressway on May 2015. The suit states that the defendants have failed to pay the money rent and taxes that were required.
The defendants are accused of failure to pay.
The plaintiff is seeking $9,350.27 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Gerald Wasserman and Leonard M. Berins of Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
