GRETNA – A debt collector alleges a Marrero man owes on a credit card balance.
Calvary SPV I LLC filed a suit against Frank Eberhardt in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the defendant failed to pay off a credit card balance of more than $26,000.
The defendant is accused of failure to pay.
The plaintiff is seeking $26,439.54 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by J. Marron Monsour of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
