GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account from a Metairie resident.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Jonathan M. Lahatte in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 19.
According to the claim, the defendant owes the plaintiff thousands of dollars on a Discover Card account and has failed to make payment.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $19,112.49 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter S. Thriffiley in Edmond, Oklahoma.
The case has been assigned to Division Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
